The party has four founding aims in its constitution:

1. The principal objective of the Party is to promote the NHS founding principles of comprehensiveness, universality and equity;

2. To promote good citizenship and place equal importance on citizens’ responsibilities as on citizens’ rights;

3. To promote good governance, to strengthen the relationships between the electorate and elected officials and between tax revenues and expenditure; to promote value for money for tax payers;

4. To promote enterprise, to place equal importance on enterprise and wealth creation as on wealth distribution.
